Catamaran Fréjus – Dreaming, in a small group, from the sea
"Our number one goal is to make people dream."
— Claire & Jérémy Orsini, founders
To inspire dreams — not just transport
There are two ways to go on a sea trip on the French Riviera.
The first option: load 80 people onto a fast shuttle, speed along the coast, turn around. Checked. Done. Forgotten when returning to the hotel.
The second: embark on a catamaran with a maximum of twenty people, cut the engine as soon as the wind picks up, glide silently along the Estérel coves to a secluded spot that no one has yet disturbed this morning. Anchor. Jump into turquoise water at 24 degrees Celsius. Climb back on board, lie down on the net stretched over the sea, close your eyes. Tell yourself that this is the best moment of your vacation.
That's the second way we chose. From day one.
What others do
✗ 80 passengers or more
✗ Fast and impersonal shuttle
✗ A view from the open sea
✗ Return in 45 minutes
✗ The same route for everyone
What we do
✓ Maximum 22 passengers — always
✓ Sailing as soon as possible
✓ Coves inaccessible from the road
✓ 3 to 8 hours depending on your preference
✓ A program tailored to your group
What that means in concrete terms
Our philosophy is based on four convictions that we have never betrayed:
👥 Small committee as a priority
A maximum of 22 passengers, not for technical reasons, but because we refuse to turn a unique experience into a crowded shuttle.
Fewer people means more space, more attention, more quality.
✨ Breathtaking places
The calanques of the Estérel , Cap Taillat , the island of Or . Preserved sites, inaccessible from the road.
Our passengers arrive there by catamaran, and return transformed.
👥 Comfort & safety as a foundation
Stable catamaran, STCW-qualified crew, equipment checked every season.
Safety is not a selling point for us, it is the foundation upon which everything else is built.
✨ The details that make the difference
The champagne that awaits you for the birthday. The soft music at sunset.
The cove where no one else will anchor this morning. It's the details that transform an outing into a memory.
And what we are not doing!
No sound system drowning out the sound of the sea. No 80 people crammed onto a deck. No hidden extras. No excursions if the weather is bad. No compromises on safety. Ever.

Our story — It all started with a passion for the sea
The stages of our adventure
2016
The first outings
Claire and Jérémy organized their first catamaran trips from Fréjus, with family and friends. The feedback was unanimous: it was an experience like no other in the region.
2020
Resilience
Like all professionals in the nautical industry, Sea You Sun is going through the health crisis. The team is taking advantage of this time to renovate the boat, rework the packages, and prepare for an ambitious relaunch.
2026
A great season ahead of us
Catamaran Fréjus sails every season from April to October, with a team of 7 people and a catamaran that is always in pristine condition. The philosophy remains the same: small group, quality, the sea.
2018
The creation of Sea You Sun
Building on the success of these first seasons, the couple officially created Sea You Sun — a professional structure dedicated to small group catamaran outings on the French Riviera.
2022
The development
The seasons have followed one another successfully. The team has grown, the offerings have diversified. Google customer reviews have exceeded one hundred, all of them glowing.
2019
The arrival of the current catamaran
Sea You Sun acquires its main catamaran: maximum 22 passengers, superior comfort, forward trampoline, griddle, deck shower. A vessel to match its ambition.
2024
Fréjus Catamaran
The Catamaran Fréjus brand was created to better integrate the offering into the Var region and attract a wider clientele. Same team, same quality, new reach.

Our commitments - What guides us every day
Quand on passe ses journées en mer dans l'un des sites naturels les plus préservés de France, on ne peut pas se permettre d'être indifférent à ce qu'on y fait. Voici nos engagements — concrets, mesurables, et non négociables.
La navigation à la voile en priorité
When weather conditions permit, we sail. Not for show—to reduce our carbon footprint, for the peace and quiet, and to offer an authentic sailing experience. On our trips to the Estérel, we cut the engine as soon as the wind is favorable. Our passengers always notice: the sea sounds different from a silent boat.
Zéro plastique à usage unique à bord
Since our first season, we have banned single-use plastics from the catamaran. Drinks are served in reusable cups, waste is sorted and taken ashore, and boat cleaning products are biodegradable. We ask our passengers to use mineral or biodegradable sunscreen to protect the seabed. Every little helps—especially at sea.
Le petit comité comme principe fondateur
A maximum of 22 passengers—that's been our rule since day one. Not because we couldn't do more. Because we refuse to turn a special experience into a crowded shuttle. Each of our passengers deserves space, attention, and a truly memorable time at sea. This business decision is also an ethical one: fewer people, less impact, more quality.
Le respect de la zone Natura 2000 de l'Estérel
The Esterel Massif is a Natura 2000 protected area. We are thoroughly familiar with the authorized anchoring zones, protected species, and seasonal regulations. We never anchor in Posidonia seagrass meadows. We keep noise to a minimum in sensitive areas. And we inform our passengers about the conservation rules—not in a lecturing way, but because understanding a place makes you appreciate it more.
